Norman is President of Senior Asset Protection Services, and Vice President of Life Planning Solutions, Inc., which provides financial and estate planning services for senior citizens and pre-retirees; President of Asset Education Resources which provides continuing education credits for Social Workers and Insurance Agents.
Norman has also been selected as one of the "Five Star Wealth Managers" in "Texas Monthly" magazine.
Since 1985 he has been developing long-term relationships with his clients based on honesty, integrity and trust.
Norman conducts seminars for seniors and federal employees on their CSRS and FERS benefits, speaks to banks, church groups, clubs and professional organizations throughout the state on various Financial and Estate Planning topics, providing senior citizens with the knowledge to prepare their estates in a manner that avoids the unnecessary costs associated with probate and nursing home care.
Norman is also a member of Ed Slott's Elite IRA Advisor Group and is committed to the ongoing advanced training in Retirement Distribution Planning that is required to be a member of this group. He also spends at least 3-6 weeks every year on continuing education to keep abreast in the latest investments and tax law changes and the impact they will have on his clients.
Norman is involved in many community organizations including AARP, TAGS, Better Business Bureau and National Ethics Bureau. His is also past president (1990-1995) of Delta Sigma Phi Alumni Control Board at UNT, and member of Tarrant County Appraisal District Review Board (1992-1998).
